1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with R Healthcare, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or purchase from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via instant Open Banking checkout (UK delivery addresses), cryptocurrency checkout on our website, or WhatsApp/Telegram. WhatsApp and Telegram orders are confirmed by us in writing before dispatch. Website payments (Open Banking or crypto) are confirmed automatically once payment clears. An order is not accepted until we confirm availability (or payment clears) and provide or complete payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We accept payment by Open Banking, bank transfer, Monzo, Revolut, and cryptocurrency. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Order and pay before 12 noon on a working day for next-day delivery. Orders after 12 ship Royal Mail Tracked 24 the next day. Weekend orders ship Monday. We deliver to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Shipping is free on every order. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
4. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns. Once an order is dispatched, sales are final and products cannot be sent back. If a parcel arrives damaged or is the wrong item, contact us with photographs — that is support, not a returns process.
5. Certificates
Certificates for current batches are published at rhealthcare.online/coas. For a batch we have not listed, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R Healthcare shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
